Radegund Bill Budenberg 01 Aug 2024 2.5b - submitted for completeness WL (all legs), HoRR, Head of the Cam, Rad Mile etc. - all with Rad masters crews Head of the Cam with Lady Somerset (LMBC alumni crew) - scratch crew for a one-off reunion. No Not clear if eligible under 2.5 (having raced for Lady Somerset). However 2.5b doesn't seem to apply as he's done one race for a non-CRA club in a CRA event. In any case, Bill has rowed in CRA Bumps several times, most recently in 2024, and seems to fall under the spirit if not the letter of 2.5b.
St Neots Ben La Roche 01/09/2018 Rule 2.3 Seat Share in First Division & Rule 2.5a(?) None 22/2/25 - BUCS Head. 16/3/25 - North of England Head. 24/3/25 - HoRR. 4/5/25 - BUCS Regatta No Ben was a junior at our club. Has rowed Bumps for us in 21/22/24, and raced for St Neots generally. Studies at York Uni and has raced for them this year. He is a vacation member of our club and will be returning shortly following the end of course, with plans to race for us during the Summer including at St Neots Regatta (other races TBD). He plans to continue as a St Neots Member. His graduation event is Tuesday 22nd July - hence the request for a seat share that night.
St Neots Olivia Corner 01/05/2024 2.5a/b? None 7/3/25 - WeHorr with Oxford Brooks No Olivia's sister is a junior at our club and after seeing how much she enjoyed rowing, Olivia joined us last year. She raced in Bumps for St Neots in 2024. She attends university at Oxford Brooks and started rowing with them and raced at WeHorr this year. However, she's not enjoyed the experience there and has left them. As a vacation member with us, she'll be back rowing shortly and plans to race with us over the Summer as her only club going forward.
Cantabrigian George Poole 01/06/2023 2.5 Raced for non-CRA club since 1 Jan Head of the River Pembroke Regatta, Spring Head to Head - both with Clare Boat Club No George has rowed with Cantabs through the season and raced at Head of the River in March. He was a last minute sub for his college (Clare) at Pembroke Regatta and City Sprints, when someone else had to drop out through injury, but otherwise has not trained or raced for his college and does not intend to compete in May Bumps.
Cantabrigian Tom Sharrock 01/06/2018 Rule 2.3 Seat Share in First Division None (2.5a) 2.5a Yes Tom has been a committed Town Bumps rower for Cantabs throughout his time as a student at Oxford and wishes to return to row with the club this year as a 2.5a eligible rower. However, he is attending a wedding on the Friday of Bumps week and therefore will not be available to race on the final night. We hope the delegates grant special dispensation for a substitute to take his place in the crew on that night

- Boat Race fixtures: LRC B, Molesey B and Leander B		 Yes Imogen is a local resident and student at Oxford. She learned to row as a junior with Cantabs in 2017/2018 but was unable to take part in the Town Bumps as a junior in 2018 due to conflicting commitments. Had she done so she would be covered under clause 2.5(a). Inspired by her experience in Cambridge she has continued to row as a student and returned to train with Cantabs during her vacations, having taken part with us in the 2024 Town Bumps. She would love to be able to take part in the CRA Bumps when she is back in her family home this summer. Her situation is like that of Aimee Ugur, who the delegates allowed to race in the 2022 and 2023 CRA Bumps.
There is a possibility of Imogen rowing with the OUBC at HWR and the HRR qualifiers although these are only provisional now, but we include them for completeness.
Cantabrigian Sally Montgomery 28/02/2024 2.5 She kindly agreed to sub for her old college boat club, Newham, for one night in Lent term bumps very last minute as they were desperate. None Last minute sub for one day of Lent Bumps 2025 No Sally has been with the Cantabs women's squad for a year and a half now, firstly joining us for the holiday periods when she was student doing her PhD and since has been a sub when we have needed as she has struggled to fit the full schedule around writing up her PhD. She rejoined us fully now and will continue to be with the club for many seasons to come as she is staying in Cambridge now that she has finished her PhD. Unfortunately, as circumstances were dire, she had to help Newham W2 out in bumps as they desperately needed a last-minute sub to jump into the boat there and then as they were about to row down to the start. It would be a shame for her kindness of helping her old club out in a desperate time stop her from competing in the CRA 2025 Town Bumps since otherwise she would have not rowed for anyone other than Cantabs this year.

Met Regatta		 Oxford Bumps No Dominika has been with Cantabs women's squad for the past 2 years, having progressed up through our development programme. She has been a consistent presence in the club and unfortunately couldn't make bumps last year. She has helped her old club out by being a last minute bumps sub in Oxford for her old college W2. It would be a shame for her to miss out as she would like to compete in the 2025 Town Bumps to finish off her season with the people she started it with.

Met Regatta		 None Yes Alice has been part of the Cantabs Women's Squad all season, having competed in every race (apart from 1!) that we have entered this year. She will be racing HWR with us as well. She is currently at Cambridge studying for her PhD and has had the fortunate opportunity to be selected to row with the CUBC dev squad this year as a lightweight. As a result of this, she may end up racing with them over the coming weeks between now and Bumps, and this is an opportunity that she can't turn down. However, as she has spent the entire year training with the squad and forming relationships, she would like to compete in the 2025 Town Bumps to finish off her season with the people she started it with.

He had to move away from Cambridge for work reasons though he is still a Cantabs member, was on our committee until Sept 2023, and still volunteers for us doing, for example, the timing for the Cantabs Winter Head. Phil was the Junior Development officer with Cantabs for many years as well as organising the Dad's Army Cantabs crew. Phil would have qualified under rule 2.5d if there still was one, and we hope the delegates will agree he is still very much a town rower!
Cambridge 99's Charlie Kabelik 01/01/2015 2.4 Seat Share in 1st Division Quintin Head, Winter League, Head of the East, Head of the River, Bedford Regatta None No Charlie has been a committed member of Nines for over 10 years and has rowed in 7 sets of bumps previously. This year, he has a wedding to attend on the Friday of bumps week, so we kindly request that he be allowed a sub for this day. 
Cambridge 99's Maksymilian Rzeczkowski 05/12/2022 2.6.a. has been competing for a CRA Town Club at races throughout the season Pairs Head 2x Juniors 12/10/24, Isle of Ely 1x Juniors 3-11-24 City Juniors Sculling Head 4x Juniors 22/03/25, Wallingford Regatta and Scullery 4x Juniors 4-5/5/25 - All with Star Club Yes Learnt to row in Cantabrigian RC at 12 years old, and has since the age of 15, competitively represented Cambridge’99 RC. Since Jan '25, has been rowing for Star Club to qualify to FAWLEY at HRR, after which he will represent Cambridge’99 RC at HRR and British Rowing Juniors Championship. Has been representing Cambridge’99 RC through 2025 season Cambridge’99 RC at GB U19 trials. Last race for Cambridge’99 RC was 27/04/25 in Nottingham GB Rowing Team trials.

Cambridge 99's Ben Mead 01/08/2021 Rule 2.6 None For Yale University - Sarasota 2K Invitational, Eastern Sprints, Fixtures against other Colleges Yes Ben was a junior at Nines, competing at many races over the years, including Henley Royal Regatta, Pairs Head, Nat Schools, and numerous CRA races. He started studying at Yale University last autumn. He has not rowed bumps previously due to commitments to GB Trials the last two years, otherwise he would qualify as a 2.5a. Given this, we request that he be allowed a 2.6 dispensation instead.
