While on a gap year in New Zealand she raced three times for a local club, exceeding the permitted limit of two non‑CRA events by one. Her situation is very similar to the dispensations granted in 2023 for two Cantabs athletes (Alice Dyson and Laura Burton) who had temporarily relocated abroad and raced locally while away. Imogen was back on the water training with Cantabs within three days of her plane touching down and is already committed to summer racing with us. Her additional race overseas was simply due to her residence abroad, and her link to Cantabs has remained continuous. Since she is now back and racing under Cantabs again, she would therefore appreciate a dispensation to race in this year’s Town Bumps. |

Sarah has raced Town Bumps with Cantabs in both 2023 and 2025 and has been a committed and enthusiastic member for several years. Her situation is similar to the dispensation granted for Evelyn Nash in 2024, where relocation for personal reasons led to a small amount of racing with another club. Sarah plans to return to Cambridge this summer and would love to race Bumps with her home club, so would very much appreciate a dispensation for her to take part. |

Lars is the son of a long-time member of Chesterton, so he’s been around the club for a long time, but Chesterton cannot have Juniors, so Lars only started rowing with the club after he had started university. He did not race with his University in 2023/24, so he was able to compete for Chesterton in a full set of Town Bumps in 2024. We missed the dispensation deadline for Lars last year, so whilst he rowed with the club last summer, he did not compete in Town Bumps. He will be rowing with the club again this summer, and is very much a part of the club, so we would like to seek dispensation to allow him to compete in Towns this year.
